SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship only within India.

1) ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
• We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• During high-volume periods (sales, launches, festive season), dispatch may take slightly longer.
• Once dispatched, we share tracking details via email/WhatsApp/SMS (as available).

2) DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on your location and courier serviceability.
• Metro cities: ~2–4 business days after dispatch
• Other cities/towns: ~3–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote locations: ~5–10 business days after dispatch
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our control (weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), but we will support you with tracking updates.

3) SHIPPING CHARGES
• We offer FREE shipping across India.

4) CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• COD is available on selected pincodes, subject to courier serviceability.
• If a COD order is refused at delivery or repeatedly returned undelivered due to incorrect address/unavailability, we may restrict COD availability for future orders.

5) ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS
• Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are accurate.
• If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.

6) UNDELIVERED / RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO)
If a shipment is returned to us due to reasons such as:
• incorrect/incomplete address,
• unreachable phone number,
• repeated failed delivery attempts,
• refusal to accept delivery,
the order may be treated as undelivered/returned to origin. Re-dispatch (if requested) may require an additional shipping fee.

7) DAMAGED / TAMPERED PACKAGE
• If the outer package looks tampered, torn, or opened, we recommend recording an unboxing video before opening.
• For damaged/defective product claims, an unboxing video (clear, continuous, uncut) is required as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
