Refund & Exchange
• Return/replacement/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery through our Return / Exchange tab
• For size related issues, ONLY size exchange are possible. No style/color change and one-time exchange per item, subject to stock availability.
• Refunds are given only for items confirmed defective/damaged/incorrect and NOT for size related issues.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags, seal tag and original packaging intact.
• A continous opening video of the sealed package is mandatory for damage/defect claims.
